A cow creamer is an 18th-century novelty pitcher shaped like a cow, designed to pour milk or cream from its mouth. Beyond serving dairy and non-dairy coffee creamer, these whimsical vessels are highly functional for pouring both hot and cold liquids like salad dressings, hot maple syrup, gravies, drawn butter and au-jus.
